This double page spread was produced by one of the biggest Hip-Hop magazine publishers, XXL, and featured the rapper B.G talking about his upcoming prison sentence and the details behind his conviction. The header, 'long time coming' is a double meaning as it suggests that the rapper knew he was due to go into prison and that the interview has been delayed for a long time, engaging audiences to find out which one it gravitates towards. The colours also suggest the seriousness of the interview whilst still being aesthetically pleasing as it follows the classic magazine three colour formula with black, blue and white. This is good as it doesn't distract the reader with too many contrasing colours but instead blends well together and allows for a professional look with some charisma behind it. The image on the right takes up the entire page, this is good as a creative choice as it shows with his serious face that the article is serious and high value as they have decided to print an entire page just showing the rappers face. The font choices are also an intresting choice as they don't stand out and look concrete like and cold which may be intentional based on the seriousness of the interview and the disscussions being held.
